REMOVAL
CAUTIONS:
Do not allow halfshafts to hang unsupported at one end or joint
damage will occur.
Make sure the halfshaft constant velocity (CV) joints do not over
articula

This step is only required if previously removed.

CAUTION:
Prior to any work being undertaken on the telematics
control module,
confirmation is required if there is a stolen vehicle tracking
subscription on the telematics control module. If there is stolen
vehicle tracking subscription, the telematics control module will need
to be placed

CAUTIONS:
Make sure to protect the paintwork.
Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.
Refer to: High Mounted Stoplamp (417-01, Removal and
Installation).
CAUTION:
Do not use tools during this operation, removal of the
component(s) must be carried out by hand.
