REMOVAL

NOTES:

CAUTION:

Make sure that Neutral is selected before starting the procedure.

  1. Release the locking ring.
  2. Release the gearshift selector cables.

NOTE:

Note the orientation of the component prior to removal.

Torque: 24 Nm

INSTALLATION

CAUTION:

Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of corrosion and foreign material.

NOTE:

Apply a suitable amount of approved sealant to one of the mating faces.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
