The back panel inner is installed in conjunction with:
- Rear bumper cover
- Rear bumper
- Rear bumper retaining rail
- Rear lamp assembly
- Rear lamp panel outer
- Back panel outer
- Quarter panel lower extension
- Loadspace trim panel

- The back panel inner is serviced as indicated.
- Before commencing this procedure make sure that you are aware of
all Health and Safety requirements.

NOTES:
- Any joints sealed as part of vehicle manufacture must be sealed as
part of the repair.
- Make sure a zinc rich primer is applied to any bare metal surfaces.

Retaining Rail

- Remove the spot welds as indicated.

- Remove the spot welds as indicated.

- Remove the spot welds as indicated.
- Carefully separate the joints and remove the back panel inner.
READ NEXT:
Installation
Dress the flanges where necessary.
Offer up the new back panel inner panel and clamp into position.
Check alignment, if correct, proceed to next step, if not, rectify and
recheck bef
Inspection and verification
CAUTION:
Diagnosis by substitution from a donor vehicle is NOT acceptable.
Substitution of control modules does not guarantee confirmation of a
fault, and may also cause a
GALVANIC CORROSION
