Clockspring (G1785538) / Removal and
Installation
REMOVAL
CAUTIONS:
- Make sure that the road wheels are in the straight ahead position.
- Use a suitable trim tool.
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
Make the SRS system safe.

CAUTION:
Make sure that the clockspring rotor does not rotate.
Secure with adhesive tape.
INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
If a new component has been installed, configure using Land
Rover approved diagnostic equipment.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If a new component is installed, the soft lock stop reset routine
should be completed on the power steering system, using the
approved diagnostic tool.

A short press (1 second or less) of the i
button will display the Trip computer
menu in the Instrument panel. The options
available are:

the information type to be displayed
